Our Commitment to your Security and Privacy

We use a wide range of security measures to help protect your personal information and transactions, including data encryption, firewalls and automatic timeouts. We use a fraud monitoring system to protect you from possible unauthorised transactions on your account through Visa, Mobile Banking and Online Banking. If you have a current mobile phone number and we need to confirm a transaction with you, you will receive an SMS to contact us to verify the transaction

Your Security, We can all play a part

Online security is a partnership between us (as the provider of online banking services to you) and you (the user of these services). As such, it's important that you do three things:

  • Stay informed
  • Improve your own online security
  • Monitor your transactions and quickly contact us on anything unusual or unauthorised. You can view your transactions at any time using Online Banking.

Keeping Informed

Register for the Australian Governments Stay Smart Online Alert Service to explain recent online threats and how they can be managed.
Online Banking, our internet banking service, provides users with the following security:

  • Firewalls
  • Encryption
  • Automatic Time-outs
  • Second Factor Authentication at login on request
  • Incorrect Password Access Lock
  • Last Login Time Check
