Online Banking and your login Security Token options from 1 April 2021
From 1 April 2021, only SMS one-time passwords will be available as additional security when logging into Online Banking. The current hand-held security token devices and the VeriSign Identity Protection (VIP) Access app, will be discontinued.

NICU AGM 2020
This year’s AGM will be held via remote access (join by phone or online) on Tuesday 3 November at 9.00am. Details on how to attend is included in the attached Information Pack, or call the Company Secretary on 02 6763 5111. Also attached is Northern Inland's Constitution for your information.
Reminder for Members who make online purchases
Visa have mandated that when making an online purchase with your Visa Debit or Credit card, you will be required to enter a unique one-time SMS password to complete the purchase with sites who are registered with Verified by Visa.
This password will be sent to the mobile number you have registered on your account with Northern Inland. Please ensure we have your correct mobile number otherwise the online purchase will be declined by the merchant.
You can update your contact details within Online Banking under ‘Member Services/ Update Contact Details’, or by phoning us on 02 67635111. Please allow up to 24 hours or next working day, for changes to take effect to any updates made.
PayPal Email Scam 7/9/2020
We have had a number of Members notify us that they have received an email supposedly from PayPal requesting the Members phone them to verify their account details.

Please note the following interest rate and tier changes for the Pension Plus account, effective 1 July 2020:
Tier A Under $10,000: 0.05%pa
Tier B $10,000 - $49,999.99: 0.15%pa
Tier C $50,000 - $249,999.99: 0.40%pa
Tier D $250,000.00+: 0.60%
