Before using the Endeavour Mutual Bank Mobile Banking app, please read the following Terms and Conditions


Please note: Hyperlinked phrases have the same meaning as explained in "Meaning of words" in our Internet and Phone Banking Terms and Conditions

  1. Each time you use the Endeavour Mutual Bank Banking app, these Terms and Conditions and Select Internet and Phone Banking Terms and Conditions apply.
  2. Where there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and the Internet and Phone Banking Terms and Conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
  3. Endeavour Mutual Bank Banking app is a special and an additional feature of our Internet and Phone Banking. It is not a stand-alone product. Mobile Banking is available only to registered users of Internet and Phone Banking. No other specific registration is required.
  4. Not all mobile devices may be capable of accessing and using the Endeavour Mutual Bank Mobile Banking app. You are responsible for using, having or obtaining a compatible mobile device in connection with any use of the service. We are not responsible for:
    • Any ability of a mobile device to access the service; or
    • Any loss or damage to a mobile device resulting from your access or use or attempted use of the Endeavour Mutual Bank Mobile Banking app.
  5. If you travel outside of Australia you may still have access to the Endeavour Mutual Bank Mobile Banking app. You should check with your telephone communications provider that the mobile device will be able to use relevant network in those countries in which you are travelling. We are not liable for any additional costs you incur.
  6. Any conditions of use and charges relating to a mobile device are your responsibility.
  7. You will use your Internet and Phone Banking Customer Access Number, Security Number and Internet Banking Password to logon to your Mobile Banking. If you use an eligible mobile device to access Mobile Banking, you can register to logon by using your Security Number or Internet Banking Password only.
  8. You can reset your preferred log on credentials for any eligible mobile device capable of accessing Mobile Banking at any time on the sign in page.
  9. Not all Internet and Phone Banking services and features are available for the Endeavour Mutual Bank app.
