Unsure what you need to bring to a loan interview?

You will need to provide any of the following which is applicable to you:

Make an Enquiry Contact Us

Proof of income and expenses

Rent receipt, tenant ledger, letter confirming board OR
Rates notice if home owner
Payslips (at least three of your most recent payslips)
Previous year group certificate
Statements of any other income (eg Centrelink income statement)
Last 3 months statements of personal loans, savings and credit cards and last 6months statements of home loans with other financial institutions
Recent Superannuation statement

Self Employed

Any of the above documents applicable to you, plus
Tax return details for the last two years
Up-to-date figures and projected figures (profit & loss) from your accountant (if requested)
