Unused Member Cheque Books

To assist with our transition to the new core banking system later this year, we will be contacting Members by eDM & DM who have not used their Qudos Bank cheque book in the last 18 months. If we do not hear from the Member by 14 May, we will assume they no longer require this facility and will be cancelling all inactive cheque books attached to their accounts.

If a Member wishes to keep their cheque book open, they can contact us by calling 1300 747 747. Below is a procedure document listing each step to take within Prosper to keep a Member’s cheque book active.

Members who receive the eDM will have the option of clicking a link to keep their cheque book open. If you receive any enquires regarding the legitimacy of this email, please confirm with the Member that this eDM was sent by Qudos Bank.
