New account numbers for a small group of customers

As a part of our system preparation we have identified a small group of customers who will need to have one of their account numbers replaced with a new one before we move to our new core banking system.

We’ve placed these customers into two groups ‘no-impact’ and ‘some impact’.

Please note: there are teams managing this step by step in the back office, you will only be required to answer enquiries and open a new savings account if the customer requests it immediately (before our team have a chance to process this).
