Missing Contact Details

When customers log in to Online Banking for the first time in our new system, they will be asked to set a new Online Banking password.

To do this, they will need to be verified and we will send them a one-time password to their phone number or email address.

Unfortunately, we don’t have enough contact details for all of our customers and therefore, we will be sending a DM to request that they get in touch to update their details.
