Card Migration

Attention: open in a new window. Print

When we re-branded to Qudos Bank, we had a requirement to transition all old QCU cards to Qudos Bank cards by 2018.

To achieve this requirement, from mid July, any Member with an existing Qantas Credit Union branded card will be issued with a replacement Qudos Bank branded card.

These cards will be issued in batches over the next couple of months. Please note this is a mandatory change over.

Many of these Members' cards won’t be up for expiry until next year, so we’ll be including an insert with their card mailer to explain why they’re receiving a new card and instructing them to destroy their old cards.

Please note the following should you receive any questions or enquiries:

View the new card mailer

What stays the same?

Cards will maintain the same number and PIN ready for use.

*It’s important that Members cut up and destroy their old card immediately.

They can start using the new card straight away.

What’s changed?

The expiry date and CVV number have changed.

*We recommend that Members update their new expiry date and CVV with any company that may directly debit the card account to ensure payments are not affected.

Why are we issuing new cards now?

This is legal requirement that we have agreed to as a part of the name change in April 2016.

Please load any feedback in Prosper if required or direct any questions around the card migration to Transactional Services.
