Annual Report Changes

Customers who currently receive a printed copy of the Annual Report have been contacted by eDM and DM, encouraging them to view the Report via our website from October onwards.

If a customer would still like to receive a copy of the report either by email or post, they will have to contact us by 8 August 2017 and advise whether they would like to be emailed a report or sent a report in the mail.

To action the customer’s request, please include this note in Prosper by heading to the product "Services > General Account Enquiries" and select either ‘Email Report’ or ‘Print Report’ depending on the preference of the customer.
