Attention: open in a new window. Print

Our AGM Voting for 2018 will commence from Thursday 4th October with Members due to receive their AGM booklets with their September statements. E-statement Members will also receive a booklet in the mail.

The AGM booklet includes the AGM Notice, an Explanatory Statement and a tear out Proxy Form.

Voting within Online Banking will be switched on from Thursday morning.

Voting items:

  • There are no Director Elections this year, this year we will ask members to re-elect 3 retiring Directors, Barry Jackson, Garry Halliday and Mark Boesen.
  • We are also seeking member approval to adopt a new constitution. Updating our constitution is important to ensure our organisation remains relevant and able to operate efficiently now and into the future.

For further details on the AGM and the resolutions to be voted for please refer to the AGM booklet available and FAQ’s below.

Once voting is live you’ll also be able to refer to a dedicated page on our website qudosbank.com.au/constitution which will provide customers with more information on the updates, why we need to adopt a new constitution and what it means for them and our business.
